The lighting design and choice of luminaires was important for the design as the team understood that quality lighting can greatly influence the ambiance and productivity of a workspace. To achieve the perfect balance, indirect and tuneable white light technology were incorporated, allowing for the adaption of the lighting to various times of the day and situations.

At Hammond Studio, it’s the small details that make a significant difference. The Opus Rosso Marble feature stone splashback, elegantly highlighted by Where’s Ben 14, serves as a captivating focal point. Where’s Ben 14 was the perfect lighting solution for this application, casting light onto wall with minimal spill back and enhancing the overall aesthetics of the space. Its recessing kit ensures quick and beautiful trimless installations, showcasing our commitment to both form and function.

Bob Each Way 65, equipped with Casambi controls, was employed as a pendant over the dining table come workbench. This dynamic space was thoughtfully designed to foster creativity and camaraderie. The Bob Each Way 65 proved to be the ideal solution, effortlessly providing exceptional uplighting and downlighting. Its compact design belies its powerful capabilities, creating a perfect harmony between functionality and style.

A custom luminaire was also created for the entry hallway using Sonny Side Up 22. This custom light fixture, suspended from the ceiling shrouded with external building cladding, brings a mighty punch of light to the hallway, making a bold architectural statement while effortlessly illuminating the space.
